01 - GENERAL GUIDANCE

Information provided by RevPlate365 regarding UK number plates is for general guidance.

Regulations and standards can change, so customers should always check the latest official DVLA and GOV.UK guidance where necessary.

02 - ROAD LEGAL NUMBER PLATES

Road legal Number plates must comply with the applicable UK regulations and British Standards BS AU 145e.

Among other requirements, plates must use the prescribed characters and spacing, be correctly displayed and use the required reflective backgrounds. Background patterns are not permitted on road legal plates.

03 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the registration number supplied to RevPlate365 is correct and that they are legally entitled to display that registration.

Plates must be fitted and used in accordance with UK Law.

Characters must not bee altered, repositioned or displayed in a way that misrepresents the registration.

04 - IMPORTANT

Incorrectly displayed registration plates canresult in a fine of up to £1,000, and the vehicle may fail its MOT test.

RevPlate365 manufactures road-legal plates in accordance with the requirements applicable at the time of manufacture. Regulations can change, so current official guidance should always take precedence.
