Before we can manufacture your number plates, UK law requires us to check documents that confirm your identity and your entitlement to use the registration number.

Please provide original documents from the accepted lists below.

01 -PROOF OF NAME AND ADDRESS

One of the following

  • Driving Licence

  • Utility, Council Tax or rates bill from the last 6 months

  • Bank or building society statement from the last 6 months

  • National identity card

02 - PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT

One of the following

  • V5C/V5CNI green New Keeper slip

  • V750/V750NI -V778-V11/V11NI-V379/V379NI

  • Stamped V948/eV948/2

  • Qualifying fleet authorisation letter

  • Qualifying V5C-on-demand vehicle -details PDF

  • UK trailer registration certificate (VTRC)
